On the evening of August 4th, in front of Zhejiang TV Station at No. 111 Moganshan Road in Hangzhou, a Porsche Cayenne hit and killed a 20-year-old woman on the zebra crossing with red hearts. That night, Zhong Shan, the host of the "9:30" program on Qianjiang Channel, angrily criticized this incident in his show!

After Hu Bin's case, another beautiful young woman born in 1989 was killed on the zebra crossing in Hangzhou on August 4th.

At around 10 p.m. on August 4th, when the reporter arrived at the scene, the injured person had already been rushed to the nearby Xinhua Hospital for emergency treatment, and the traffic police were investigating the accident site. The incident occurred near the zebra crossing in front of the Zhejiang Broadcasting and Television Compound at No. 111 Moganshan Road. On the yellow zebra crossing, there were several red hearts, which looked very striking. A butterfly-shaped Chinese knot lay alone on the ground. Passers-by said that it belonged to the injured person. About 20 meters away from the zebra crossing, there was a pool of blood, where the injured person had lain. The reporter measured it with his feet, and it took 36 steps.

Mr. Shan, the gatekeeper of the broadcasting compound, said that when the incident happened, he heard a loud "bang", ran out, and saw a white-clad woman lying motionless on the ground. The car that hit her was a black Porsche Cayenne, so he quickly called the police.

A reporter from Zhejiang Voice also said that at that time, he was in a building about a hundred steps away, and he heard the collision sound from afar, which was very loud.

The offending vehicle was a black Cayenne with the license plate number Zhe A892E9, parked about 10 meters north of the zebra crossing. There were no obvious brake marks on the ground. The hood was dented, the license plate was askew, and there were bloodstains from the left headlights to the front windshield. The right side windshield was cracked like a spider web, and both airbags on the driver's seat and passenger seat had deployed.

The owner of a nearby convenience store said that a man and a woman got out of the car; they were both about 20 years old, fashionably dressed, and the man came out from the driver's side.

After an hour of resuscitation, the woman died at the age of 17.

The reporter then went to Xinhua Hospital, where the injured woman could no longer breathe on her own. Dr. Chen, who treated her, said that the main injury was severe head trauma, and the medical staff immediately performed CPR.

At the hospital, a young man of short stature stumbled into the emergency room. Not long after, cries of "Fangfang, don't leave me" were heard from inside. The man knelt down and begged the medical staff to save the woman’s life; it turned out he was her boyfriend. After more than an hour of resuscitation, at 10:40 p.m., the woman died despite the efforts to save her.

The reporter learned that the deceased was named Ma Fangfang, only 17 years old, working as a waitress in a hotel. Her ID card showed that she was from Fuyang, Anhui Province, although some said she was from Linhai, Taizhou. Currently, the family of the deceased has already arrived in Hangzhou. At 12:30 a.m., the funeral home vehicle arrived at the hospital and took the girl's body away.
