From the perspective of occupational demand for labor, the top five occupations where demand exceeds supply are: public security personnel, salespersons and cashiers, mechanical cold working workers, hotel service personnel, and restaurant servers and kitchen hands. The total gap for these five occupations reaches 108,155 individuals, accounting for 64.59% of the total gap in the top ten occupations (see Table 6). Under the condition that supply and demand basically remain balanced this quarter, the situation where demand is less than supply is not prominent; the occupation with the largest gap is warehouse keeper, with a gap number of 925 individuals and a job-seeker ratio of 0.48 (see Table 7).
