QQ Zone photos deleted, consumers demand ten thousand yuan in compensation

During the three college years, Xiao Liu used her mobile phone to take quite a lot of photos and uploaded 171 of them to QQ space album. Unexpectedly, they were mistakenly deleted by the staff of Tencent Company. All these photos disappeared, but Tencent Company was only willing to compensate her with 600 Q Coins. Xiao Liu was not satisfied. Yesterday, she called 968111 to reflect on this matter and wanted an explanation. Xiao Liu introduced that on September 9th, she received a call from Tencent customer service which told her that the photos in her QQ space album were mistakenly deleted by the staff. She hurriedly logged in to QQ and found that all 171 uploaded photos were deleted. These photos included the life photos and works during the three college years. The most important thing is that most of these photos were sent to the album via color message after being captured by mobile phone, without any backup.
