Hebei "Sugar Daddy Scandal": 21-year-old female civil servant Qiao Hanyi's photo and information exposed

A woman from Huailai County, Hebei Province sought help through the Internet on the Chinese Legal Assistance Website on August 27. She claimed that she had been kept by a local official for more than a year and had repeatedly attempted to break away but was threatened. Left with no other choice, she reported him under her real name. The woman claimed that her name is Qiao Hanyi, 21 years old, and she works as an office clerk at the Longtan Road East Police Station in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. She also listed some text messages sent by "Yang Zhiwei" during their relationship. For example, in September 2010, there were four messages: "I only drank a glass of red wine, baby"; "Baby, just like you looking at me, we have a tacit understanding"; "I miss you so much, especially tonight"; "I was about to send you a message after having dinner with the leaders when I received your message, I miss you," etc., which revealed an ambiguous attitude.
