There were two men in Guangxi suspected of theft climbed up to the third floor of a hotel madly because of refusing to be arrested; finally, after the police contacted their family members to persuade them by shouting out emotional appeals, these two men were willing to be captured and ended this farce of climbing high-rise buildings due to refusal of arrest.
