Abel Maldonado

Abel Maldonado will fill the vacant seat of California's lieutenant governor. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the governor of California, has appointed Sen. Abel Maldonado as lieutenant governor. He announced the nomination yesterday on the Jay Leno Show.
