A doctor with a clear conscience: Actually, I'm just a drug seller!

After graduating from the medical school and working in a hospital for a year, I found that hospitals make money in a very dark way, which I can't stand. So I decided to take the postgraduate entrance examination again after escaping for three years. Now, I am about to graduate and work in a hospital again. After 8 years of hard study, I am already 28 years old, but my career is still a blank. I have no house, no car, no tickets, and no women. Facing the cruel reality, I decide to wake up and return to reality!

Before I return to reality and become a doctor who makes a living by selling medicine in a hospital, I will leave some marks with my remaining conscience. Several years later, when I see countless patients cursing me and being ruined by me, I will come back to look at this post and tell my son: if you dare to study medicine, I will break your leg!

The mark begins.

First of all, I want to introduce the basic situation of the hospital I am going to.

I work in a prefecture-level city hospital in Guangdong Province, and the hospital's benefits are good. The basic salary for an undergraduate is 688 yuan, which I got three years ago. It may be around 900 yuan now. My father is about to retire, and his basic salary is more than 1800 yuan. The financial situation of my city is not good, so this basic salary is solved by the hospital itself. It is said that we need to support the grassroots, and all the money goes to the lower levels. The municipal hospital hasn't received a penny from the government for five or six years. In addition, the department I am going to has a subsidy and bonus of about 2500 yuan per month, which is the profit of the hospital obtained by selling medicine and equipment (examination fees). If the department does not meet its profit target, it will be deducted. Therefore, I prefer to call it "red kickback".
