According to information from the Jiangbei District Public Security Bureau of Ningbo, the murderer was caught on the spot by the police after the incident. He confessed that he had been in a romantic relationship with the deceased woman.

Police disclosed that the perpetrator is surnamed Tu, from Fenghua, Ningbo, and is 27 years old. On the evening of the 16th, he met up with the victim at the café. Due to unresolved emotional issues between them, he resorted to violence with a knife.
At 7:09 PM, officers from the Zhongma Police Station arrived quickly at the scene after receiving the emergency call. At that time, the man was still tightly hugging the woman in his arms. The woman had been stabbed multiple times, drenched in blood.
Currently, the suspect has been criminally detained by the police on charges of intentional homicide.
