Recently, multiple American media outlets published articles claiming that China has reached an agreement with Brazil to send naval personnel to Brazil for preliminary training using the Brazilian Navy’s “São Paulo” aircraft carrier, in preparation for future operations and management of its own carriers. However, some analysts have pointed out that the claims by American media are not very reliable because the condition of the Brazilian carrier itself is poor, so how could it teach China?
