The total amount involved in the corruption case of former Macao Secretary for Transport and Public Works, Au Kam San, is nearly 8 billion Macao patacas. The Macao Special Administrative Region Integrity Commission announced today that the preliminary investigation into the serious corruption case involving former Secretary for Transport and Public Works, Au Kam San, has been completed. The number of people involved in the case is thirty, among whom Au Kam San is a public official while others are his relatives and people from the construction industry. They are suspected of bribery, receiving bribes, and money laundering. Moreover, Au Kam San is also suspected of false asset declaration and the crime of having huge assets with unknown sources.
