Microsoft officially announced today the launch of its new Chinese search brand "Bing". Starting from June 2nd, Chinese users will be able to access Bing through http://bing.com.cn. On May 31st, Microsoft purchased the domain name biying.com, which corresponds to the Chinese pinyin of "Bing", from a well-known domestic domain investor and founder of GZ.COM, Xu Yang, for a significant sum. This acquisition solidifies the Chinese brand identity for "Bing".
