The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued an urgent announcement on the 25th, requiring that individuals coming from areas where human infection of swine flu has spread, if they have flu-like symptoms, they should proactively make an oral report to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine organization when entering the country.
According to notifications from the World Health Organization, there have recently been outbreaks of human infections of swine flu (A/H1N1) in the United States and Mexico. As of April 23rd, the two countries together have reported 898 flu-like cases with 62 deaths.
