"The Same Song Enters the UK" and a special program for the Sino-British Women's Cultural Week was staged in London. The theme of this performance is "Singing for the Olympic Year in China."
Ms. Gu Xiulian, Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Chairperson of the All-China Women's Federation, Ms. Fu Ying, Chinese Ambassador to the UK, and Judith, Deputy Mayor of London, attended the evening's performance. Overseas Chinese, Chinese students, and others in the UK were present to watch the performance, with an audience of nearly two thousand people.
