BenQ's newly launched DSC X800 is claimed to be the thinnest 8-megapixel digital camera. The X800 features an 8MP sensor, a prism-type 3x optical zoom and a 2.3-inch LTPS LCD screen. It supports 1cm macro shooting, face tracking and super anti-shake mode. BenQ also functions as a portable media player, which can play music and videos and capture video content in MPEG-4 format at a resolution of 649 x 480. It will be available in the first quarter.
