He Qi Jian (Wong Zi Ho), known as the "First Villain of Guangzhou", runs amok with the backing of the police commissioner, oppressing people with his power. He spares no means to seize control of the old lady's house, leading to a fierce rivalry with the owner Ling Yu Cui (Ye Tong).
