This is a story about revenge. After his partner and the partner’s family are brutally murdered, FBI agent Jack Crawford becomes blinded by hatred. He embarks on an unrelenting path of vengeance, vowing to find the elusive and mysterious killer known only as Rogue, an Asian man... Jack seems to have forgotten his identity as a police officer, pursuing Rogue solely out of personal vendetta. However, finding Rogue proves to be extremely difficult. It isn’t until three years later, when Rogue reappears and triggers a violent clash between Chinese gangs and Japanese thugs, that Jack regains his focus on the target.

Every appearance of Rogue is accompanied by bloodshed and chaos. Jack, determined to capture Rogue, leads his crime unit deep into the underworld of gangs. It becomes evident that Jack's actions were rash, driven by an uncontrollable desire for revenge that disrupted his professional judgment. The violence escalates continuously; the police intervention not only fails to stop the gang conflicts but also exacerbates the confrontations... When Jack finally comes face-to-face with the enemy he has relentlessly pursued for three years, he discovers that Rogue is not exactly what he had initially imagined. The intense resentment emanating from Rogue piques Jack’s curiosity.
