Avatar Plot: In a future world, humanity initiates the Avatar program to obtain resources from another planet—Pandora. By mixing human and Na'vi (indigenous people of Pandora) DNA, they cultivate nearly 3-meter-tall "Avatars" to facilitate survival on Pandora and mine its resources. Jake, an injured veteran, agrees to participate in the experiment and arrives at the paradise-like Pandora through his Avatar. However, in this picturesque yet perilous environment, every creature that crawls, flies, or burrows is both massive and lethal... Bearing a heavy responsibility and amidst danger, after Jake's unexpected first contact with the Na'vi, he opens up possibilities for communication but will soon face an unforeseen, vast, and grand conflict, from which he will gain unprecedented insight... The story begins on Earth, where Jake Sully (played by Sam Worthington) is a paraplegic veteran who feels there’s nothing worth fighting for. Therefore, when asked to work for a mining company on Pandora, he willingly accepts.

On Pandora, there is a unique mineral element called "unobtanium," which will completely revolutionize the human energy industry. It is precisely because of this attraction that humans have traveled great distances to pioneer here. However, resource-rich Pandora is entirely unsuitable for human life; its air is toxic to humans, and native flora and fauna are fierce predators, making it extremely dangerous. This environment has also given rise to a species different from humans: the 10-foot-tall blue humanoid "Na'vi." The Na'vi are very dissatisfied with the arrival of human pioneers and dislike the machines that dig mines and leave scars all over the land of this planet.

Due to the harsh environment of Pandora, traditional human spacesuits and mechs are insufficient to protect the miners. Thus, scientists turned to cloning technology: they combined human DNA with Na'vi DNA to create a cloned Na'vi, into which a human consciousness can be transferred, serving as a "avatar" for humans to move freely on this planet. However, not just anyone can control this cloned Na'vi; only someone whose DNA matches the human DNA in the clone has such ability.

Jake Sully's brother was the human DNA donor for this cloned Na'vi and could control the cloned Na'vi. However, he was killed. To avoid wasting the money already invested (as cloning a Na'vi is expensive), the mining company must find someone who can replace him in controlling the cloned Na'vi, and this person’s DNA must match his. Naturally, they found Jake Sully, who was happy about it because it meant he could walk again.

Years later, Jake Sully arrived on Pandora and discovered that its beauty was indescribable: towering trees over 900 feet tall, floating mountains scattered across the sky, lush rainforests filled with colorful exotic plants, and various creatures that glow at night... It was like a fantastical garden out of a dream. However, he quickly experienced its dangers when a venomous wolf (a native creature of Pandora) confronted him, nearly eating him alive. An arrow shot and killed the wolf, saving Jake. His rescuer was a Na'vi girl (played by Zoe Saldana), from whom Jake learned more about Pandora.

The Na'vi have always lived harmoniously with other species on Pandora, leading a simple and natural life. Through his interactions with this Na'vi girl, Jake gradually changes his view on humans mining here, realizing that he has found something worth fighting for.

However, if Jake Sully is to join the Na'vi in their war against human invaders, he must pay a high price: he cannot stay in his "avatar" forever. When the "avatar"—the cloned Na'vi—sleeps, he returns to his paralyzed human body, and he can only re-enter the "avatar" through specialized connection equipment. Once he becomes an enemy of his own kind, he loses the possibility of merging with his "avatar" and becomes trapped in his disabled body, losing the Na'vi girl he increasingly likes...
