Synopsis of Gung Him Kei Episode 09: Set against the backdrop of the Tang Dynasty court, this series tells the story of power struggles within the four chambers responsible for preparing the Empress's attire. It vividly portrays the affairs and strategies of women in the imperial harem. Charmaine Sheh plays the role of palace maid Lau Sam Hau who, with her "three goodnesses" philosophy—having a good heart, speaking well, and doing good deeds—manages to rise above the complex palace intrigues. Lau Sam Hau (Charmaine Sheh) and Yiu Kam Ling (Racheal Wong) are sworn sisters in the palace, often burdened with various errands.
