In 1995, along the Qilan Mountain Ridge Ancient Trail in Yilan, a mysterious case occurred where a woman, Fang Xiujun (played by Li Sucheng), fell off a cliff to her death. Based on the evidence at the scene and other related evidence, the police identified Wu Zhenyuan (played by Tai Bao) as the suspect who was with her that day. Given that the suspect was also the victim's admirer, based on the prosecutor Liu Jianda's (played by Zhang Shi) evidence collection, the judge ruled the motive as passion killing. The suspect, Wu Zhenyuan, could not escape legal punishment and was ultimately sentenced to prison. However, Wu Zhenyuan repeatedly shouted "Unfair!
