It is adapted from the comic novel of Robert Vanditi. It tells that in the near future, human beings live in a world isolated from each other, hiding in their homes respectively and the way to keep in touch with each other is through the use of proxy robots. The policeman played by Bruce Willis is dispatched to investigate a proxy robot murder case, so he was forced to venture out of his home to track down clues of the case.
This sci-fi action movie seems hackneyed but turns out different because of Bruce Willis and Jonathan Mosto. This veteran action star will play a孤胆 hero like "Die Hard" in this film, and his mastery of such roles is as simple as eating a meal. Director Jonathan Mosto is also a good action film director, whose representative work "U571" is extraordinarily fierce, and has an excellent reputation among action film fans and World War II film enthusiasts. Although "Terminator 3" subsequently encountered a Waterloo, it didn't spoil the reputation of this series after all, and the car chase scene in the film is one of the highlights of the film.
