Thanks to SBS changing the broadcast time of its Monday-Tuesday dramas to 9 PM, "The Temptation of an Angel" avoided a direct confrontation with the highly popular "Queen Seondeok," achieving a premiere rating more than twice that of the previously aired "Dream."

According to the viewership statistics released by the Korean viewership research company TNS Media, the premiere of "The Temptation of an Angel" on the evening of October 12th achieved a viewership rating of 10.3%, significantly higher compared to the previous SBS Monday-Tuesday dramas like "Dream" and "The Princess' Man," which had ratings around 5%.
