Plot Introduction for Falcon 1949 Episode 11: Yan Shuangying immediately drew the conclusion that there was a mole within the Thunder Group! Meanwhile, the cholera virus hidden in the Yibin Military Administration Committee was stolen, and the Tianfeng fast boat transporting the boss was hijacked on the river; the boss managed to escape. Intelligence agent number five, Li Ruishan, and the intelligence chief of the Second Field Army, Li Yanping, were martyred, while the Chongqing Workers' Committee Secretary, Wu Yuxia, was injured. According to her identification, the bandits who hijacked the ship were none other than Yan Shuangying! Coincidentally, the director of the Military Administration Committee, Wang Lianshun, also identified Yan Shuangying as the one who stole the virus!

Yan Shuangying found himself unable to defend against these accusations, transforming from a hero into a traitor in an instant, and thus began his journey of escape. Originally, intelligence agent number five, Li Ruishan, had been a thorn in the boss’s side while undercover within the enemy ranks. The boss had used numerous cunning strategies to try and expose him but failed every time.

As long as number five remained, the Falcon Plan could not proceed. Therefore, Li Yanping devised a poisonous scheme: first, using Yan Shuangying's abilities to capture the boss, which would naturally prompt the emergence of intelligence agent number five. Once number five was eliminated, they would frame Yan Shuangying, diverting the special investigation team's focus entirely onto Yan Shuangying, allowing them to smoothly execute the Falcon Plan.
