Plot of "Lifting King Kong": Lee Ji-feng (played by Lee Beom-soo), the bronze medalist in weightlifting at the 88 Olympics, had to end his athletic career prematurely due to an injury. With nothing but a muscular body and an obsession with weightlifting, Lee Ji-feng becomes a weightlifting coach at a rural girls' high school, where he meets a group of energetic country girls. Ying-zi (played by Cho Ahn) has the perfect physique for a weightlifter with strong shoulders developed during farming season and enviable core strength. Hyun-ting (played by Jun Bo-mi), who has a crush on the school's top heartthrob, wants to enter Harvard Law School and become an FBI agent, model student Su-yu (played by Lee Seol-phee), who wants to succeed in weightlifting for her bedridden mother, Ru-shun (played by Choi Moon-kyung).
