"Dream" tells the story of Lee Chang-seok, played by Kim Bum, who comes out from a juvenile detention center and grows into a successful fighter after going through hardships with a sports agent played by Ju Jin-mo. In the drama, Sun Dan-fi plays a kickboxing aerobics instructor Park Soo-yeon, while Kim Bum and Marco play special combat players. Sun Dan-fi's character Park Soo-yeon is the daughter of the gymnasium director who once won the Asian boxing championship. Soo-yeon is a graduate student in sports science, attending university during the day and working as a taekwondo and boxing instructor at night, managing the gym. Ju Jin-mo plays the role of a sports agent Nam Ji-il, who was originally a successful sports agent but fell on hard times. To make a comeback, Nam Ji-il trains a thief-turned waiter into the strongest boxer. Through Lee Chang-seok and Park Soo-yeon, Nam Ji-il says goodbye to his past, regains his pure self, and ultimately achieves success after many twists and turns, also gaining love.

With mixed martial arts as a refreshing material, the TV series "Dream" truly depicts the light and shadow of the commercial sports world and has finally been confirmed to follow "Self-Ringing Drum."

This will be the first time in the Korean TV drama field that the behind-the-scenes aspects of commercial sports are presented to the audience. Cho Jin-mo, who received high praise for his role as the Goryeo king in "Frost Flower Shop," chose "Dream" as his return to the screen, playing the role of sports agent Nam Ji-il, who is single-mindedly pursuing success. The role of Lee Chang-sik, a mixed martial arts fighter from a juvenile detention center trained by him, is played by Kim Bum. Sun Dan-fi, challenging her acting skills for the first time, plays Tae-Bo instructor Park Soo-yeon, forming a triangle relationship with the two male leads in the drama.

"Dream," which can be called the TV version of "Jerry Maguire," will vividly depict the various aspects of the commercial sports world. The interesting stories surrounding the recently popular mixed martial arts fighters and the realistic action scenes will also be one of the highlights of "Dream."
