The royal crown prince of Alexandro Planet, "LUXURY.WOOS," and his attendant "GORGERY.WOOS," hide in a spaceship to evade the eyes of the rebels. However, due to an accident with the spaceship, they are forced to make an emergency landing on Earth. While repairing their spaceship and deciding to stay on Earth until the rebellion is suppressed, the two transform into the appearance of Earthlings and begin to enjoy life as Earth people. Meanwhile, "LUXURY.WOOS," who accidentally pressed the wrong button and became 2% less than a full Earthling, transforms into Seongquan, a handsome teacher at an Earth school, and becomes very popular among the children. But Park Yeong-hwan, a physical education teacher who calls himself the king of popularity at the school, along with the students in his class and Haeryong, the son of the family Seongquan is staying with, are unhappy about Seongquan's presence. Thus begins the story of small conflicts surrounding Seongquan, the alien teacher who is 2% less than a full Earthling, and the innocent Earth children at Happy Elementary School.
