Introduction to the plot of "Good Fortune and Peace":
Sixty years ago, a mountain girl Huang Chunxiang (Tan Aizhen) accidentally saved Yan Wangcai (Ding Qiang), who had gone up the mountain to gather herbs and fainted due to a hunting trap. They fell in love at first sight, but unfortunately later separated under beautiful paulownia rain. Chunxiang kept the watch that Wangcai left for her, guarding it for six decades, like a sad dream. Yan Yun'gao, chairman of the world's largest traditional Chinese medicine group 'Babaotang Pharmaceutical Group', fell into a coma after a car accident and lay fragile in the ambulance racing down the country road on its way to the hospital for emergency treatment. Not long after, his descendants, who were like wolves and tigers waiting for him to die so they could inherit his estate, arrived one by one; seeing Yun'gao critically ill, except for his unambitious grandson Yan Yang (Xiu Jieqiao), who genuinely felt sad, everyone else was very happy, and even tried to prevent the doctors from resuscitating Yun'gao.
