Perfectly Perfect DVD Storyline: Also known as "Perfectly Perfect", this is a romantic comedy. The story revolves around Sophie (played by Zhang Ziyi), a young comic artist who is adorable and carefree, with her head full of imaginative ideas. Sophie has been in love for two years with her boyfriend, a tall and handsome surgeon (played by So Ji-sub) named Jeff Li, making them an enviable couple. In front of all relatives and friends, Jeff proposes to Sophie, and she seems to be on the verge of becoming the happiest person in the world as she steps into marriage.

However... during a routine minor surgery, Jeff meets famous actress Qingqing Wang (played by Fan Bingbing) and quickly falls in love with her, subsequently breaking off his engagement with Sophie. Seeing her former lover fall for someone else, Sophie, who is steadfast in love, becomes bedridden due to the shock. She can't face anyone, let alone her mother who eagerly anticipates her daughter's wedding. To avoid upsetting her mother, Sophie decides to keep the breakup from her. Only her two close friends, Xiaoxi Lu (played by Ruby Lin) and Li Li (played by Yao Chen), know about it. At this moment, Sophie makes a surprising decision: she plans to win Jeff back within the next two months before the wedding.

The clever Sophie also plans to turn her story of regaining love into a comic, aiming to prove to all heartbroken women that lost love can be regained through scientific methods. At a Halloween party, while drowning her sorrows in alcohol, Sophie meets the party host, photographer Rui Chang (played by Eddie Peng), and they start off on the wrong foot. When she unexpectedly sees an intimate photo of Chang with Qingqing Wang, Sophie comes up with a new idea. After much persuasion, Chang reluctantly agrees to become Sophie's partner, turning her "revenge for love" plan into a farcical comedy that leaves people laughing and crying at the same time. Thus begins the "Battle for Love"...
