Plot Introduction:

The film tells the story of how a girl named Dada learns that she is not her parents' biological child. Accompanied by the boy Zhao Ye who likes her, they travel together to another city to find her biological parents. A seductive dance step, an exchange of glances on the balcony, and the two are destined never to be apart again. After the neighbor boy Zhao Ye spies on Dada dancing on the rooftop, he secretly falls in love with this full-bodied, wild teenager and decides to pursue her; at the same time, Dada lives well with her mother, but only the lover of her stepmother, Uncle, constantly eyes her greedily, harassing her both verbally and physically… On one side is the pure desire of adolescence, on the other side is the dirty heart of the adult world. Dada can only choose to run away with Zhao Ye to find her mother. During the journey, a series of either cruel or warm and interesting interludes occur, but when the two return home, they are greeted by a "rite of passage" involving murder and escape. The film is Zhang Yuan's new work after lying low for two years, reuniting with the team behind "Look Pretty." Teachers from "Look Pretty" like Li Xinyun, renowned online film critic Liar (Li Xiaofeng), and the two screenwriters personally take on the roles of the male and female protagonists, dancing together as Dada.
