Song Jin-pung (Sun Hyun-jo): The eldest son of the pharmacy family, pharmacist.

Kim Bok-shil – played by Ryu Seon
Nurse, as plain as her name suggests. In Dr. Song Dae-pung's clinic, there is only one doctor and one nurse, so she takes care of all the work, from registration to injections, cleaning, comforting crying children, and running errands when Dae-pung is hungry. This is the all-purpose nurse Kim Bok-shil.
Song Seon-pung – played by Han Sang-jin

Woo Eun-jee – played by Yoo Na
Artist, lost her parents in a car accident when she was young and was raised by her childless uncle. The pretty and cute her might be due to losing her parents at a young age, knowing how to make others like her, so everyone liked her when she was little. After growing up and becoming an entertainer, now all of Korea likes her except one man. This man isn't good-looking either. She was reluctantly pushed by her father to go on a blind date, but unexpectedly, this guy named Seon-pung didn't show up. One day, Seon-pung gave her a big stuffed bear and apologized. Song Mi-pung – played by Ji Chang-wook
Youngest son, a repeater student. Objectively speaking, among the four sons, he is the most handsome. Perhaps because he is the youngest in the family, his character is feminine, gentle, kind, and lacks strength. His hobbies are also typically feminine, such as cooking, knitting, and cross-stitching. Suddenly one day, his best friend Yong-chul left his child with him before going off to serve in the military. Raising the child in place of his friend made Mi-pung feel happy, and just like his name implies, he matured under the beautiful breeze.
Choi Soo-hee – played by Kang Eun-bi
Yong-chul's girlfriend, became a mother at less than 20 years old and ran away out of fear. After reconsidering, she decided to return. Unfortunately, Yong-chul went to serve in the military, and the child was entrusted to a friend. She came looking for the child but was afraid to raise it alone, so she stayed with Mi-pung to raise the child. Seeing Mi-pung sincerely treating her child filled her heart with gratitude.
