Plot Introduction:

The movie is adapted from Larry Hama's popular American comic book series "G.I. Joe". It is another big-budget film produced by Paramount after "Transformers", based on the Hasbro toy franchise. The film is directed by Stephen Sommers, who also directed the first two "Mummy" movies. The story revolves around the "G.I. Joe" special forces unit, headquartered in Brussels, using advanced weapons to combat an evil organization called "Cobra", which was established by a Scottish arms dealer.
