Plot: Michael Scofield is in a hopeless predicament - his brother Lincoln Burrows has been convicted of murder and sentenced to death in the Fox River Prison. Despite all the evidence pointing to Lincoln as the murderer, Michael firmly believes in his brother's innocence. With Lincoln's execution date drawing near and no other options available, Michael storms into a bank with a gun, gets arrested, and ends up in the same prison as Lincoln. As a structural engineer who was involved in the renovation project of the prison, Michael knows the place inside out. He has devised a comprehensive escape plan, and his sole purpose of entering the prison is to break Lincoln out and clear his name.
