Spring of Dal-zi
Director: Lee Jae-sang
Starring: Choi Jin-hyun, Lee Min-ki, Lee Hyun-woo, Lee Hye-young
This drama uses a light-hearted and humorous approach to tell the story of the belated spring for women in their 30s who are single. These "old maids" have successful careers, but their love lives remain elusive. Wu Dal-zi, 33 years old this year, is a typical example. She longs for love and desires to spend her life with a man, yet she lacks the boldness and courage in love that she possesses in her work, becoming timid and hesitant to move forward, thus failing to encounter her beautiful destiny until now. The older single women in this drama are by no means supporters of celibacy; they simply haven't met the right person yet. As a result, the protagonist Wu Dal-zi, at the advanced age of 33, encounters two good men fighting to the death for her. What should Dal-zi choose?
In addition to telling the love stories of mature men and women, this drama is full of laughs and justified parody. Each episode parodies one or more famous film and television works, making viewers enjoy the love stories of men and women while constantly laughing out loud. However, as the saying goes, laughter is good, but be careful not to dislocate your jaw from laughing too much...
