Incredible - Successful connection between PSP and Wii

A Wii + PSP enthusiast has recently succeeded in connecting Sony's LocationFree function with the Wii.

This player, named obiwan222222, successfully used a patched version of LocationFree to obtain video output from the Wii via a WiFi connection and is able to remotely control the Wii console on the PSP using the Wiimote.

However, currently this connection method offers very limited functionality and has a fatal flaw - a delay as long as six seconds.

Nevertheless, the successful connection between the PSP and the Wii has brought new hope to many players who love both the PSP's large screen and the Wii. Perhaps one day, there will be a perfect connection between the PSP and the Wii, or even the ability to use the PSP as a "classic controller" for the Wii.
