At around 22:00 on the 11th, a malicious fatal assault case occurred in front of the Tanggu Bar at No. 84 Xidazhijie Street in Nangang District of Harbin City, causing the 22-year-old victim Lin Songling to die on the scene.
The cause of the incident was that on that evening, Qi Xin treated his classmate Li Feng and invited other colleagues and classmates, a total of six people. After eating at a restaurant, upon Liu Liman's suggestion, the six people split into two cars and went to No. 84 Xidazhijie Street in Nangang District to the Tanggu Bar to continue drinking. Due to driving too fast in front of the bar, Li XinYu had a verbal altercation with Lin Songling, Yang Sen, Che Liang, Pan Xing and others who were standing there. Later, the two parties started fighting, causing Lin Songling's death and multiple people from both sides were injured to varying degrees.
