In response to the requirements of the knowledge and ability structure needed for the type of talent cultivation and the target job groups of graduates, and in accordance with the evaluation standards for talents in the digital media industry, a preliminary analysis was conducted on the essential professional abilities that animation students must possess. Based on this, a practical teaching system characterized by "planning modules, dividing stages, and gradual implementation" was established. Meanwhile, an integrated teaching model of "internal school fusion and school-enterprise cooperation" was adopted. This model features mutual借鉴of humanities and arts with science and technology knowledge structures within the school, interconnected human and material resources between engineering and art categories, alignment of corporate employment requirements with the college's talent cultivation goals, joint composition of corporate technical teams with the college's professional teacher teams, combination of corporate R&D bases with the college's training bases, and complementary management modes between enterprises and colleges.
This approach breaks away from单一teaching models, prioritizing the cultivation of a "dual-qualified" faculty team as a prerequisite. It updates traditional teaching methods and management styles, adhering to the principle of teacher-led and student-centered education. This comprehensively promotes the cultivation of composite application-oriented digital media animation talents.
