Shenzhen Regulates Petitioning Order: 14 Types of Petitions Deemed as "Abnormal Visits"
Reporters learned yesterday from relevant departments in Shenzhen that, according to the spirit of the 35th Standing Committee Meeting of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, the City's Procuratorate, the Public Security Bureau, and the Justice Bureau jointly released the "Notice on the Legal Handling of Abnormal Petitioning Behavior" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") recently. This marks the beginning of a strict regulation of petitioning order throughout the city. According to the Notice, 14 types of petitions are deemed as "abnormal visits," with specific regulations outlined regarding the legal consequences of such actions.
Abnormal petitioning disrupts public order
