It has been found that Luoyang Middle School put forward the attendance rate index and reward methods for the head teachers of the third year of junior high school in order to improve the attendance rate of the high school entrance examination. The head teachers of the 10 classes of the third year of junior high school organized 94 students of the second year of junior high school to take the place of those students who were very poor or had already dropped out of school in Grade Three to take the exam.
