The so-called "First World Problems" naturally refers to those problems that are encountered only by people who live comfortably and have plenty of idle money, such as "the iPad slips when held in bed", "the mobile phone text messaging speed is not fast enough", etc., etc. These are trivial troubles that range from being annoying to utterly ridiculous.
