After a period of trial use, I gradually developed a strong interest in it, and also formed some personal opinions on its advantages and disadvantages, which are listed below for the reference of friends who are interested in this.

Personally, I feel that this incentive mechanism is very beneficial to motivate users to upload high-quality resources (a similar one like BIBIDU, but due to its complicated interface and settings before uploading, I don't like it much).
