Implementing Disqus for Blogger Page Comments

The new version of Blogger supports in-page comments, OpenID, and Google Account. For detailed methods, you can check here. This feature eliminates the need to use the slightly complicated Blogger-Hack from the old version of Blogger. However, the new method seems not to work for some templates.
