This thing actually supports QQ, but the UI design is really nothing to write home about. It's a company from California, USA, and currently supports MSN, QQ, Yahoo, and AIM. I still have to mention the UI—it's just too nauseating...
I'm pretty curious—why does this thing need to support QQ? Is it targeting the Chinese market? But this thing also adds an ad when sending messages: "Haha automatic message: http://imhaha.com - No need to download any software to log in to the four IM systems (MSN, QQ, Yahoo, AIM/ICQ) and chat with your friends." This kind of "QQ small tail" almost got me accused of spreading viruses by others, fortunately, it only appeared once and didn't show up again after that~
In the second picture, what the mouse points to is that annoying system ad which looks like a "QQ small tail." If you don't mind its ugly UI design, then you can take a look: http://imhaha.com
