The "N" of N Seoul Tower is the first letter of Namsan (South Mountain), and it also implies brand new (New), symbolizing the development of South Korea's new economy. It does not mean that its shape looks like the letter "N".
The N Seoul Tower was initially constructed in 1969, standing at a height of 236.7 meters. The entire project cost 15 billion Korean won, and many lighting facilities suitable for different seasons and events have been installed all over the tower. At night, there are six searchlights that create a pattern of blossoming flowers in the sky, creating a breathtaking scene. This pattern is referred to by people as the "Flower of Seoul."
