Bloger | Semi-finished product: Wordpress template

I have never finished a template, and this one is no exception. I lost patience halfway through, and the main reason is the technical issues. I'm not very familiar with CSS, or rather, I'm not proficient in it.

Every time I deal with a property, I have to look up the usage of CSS. Shit! I've already studied this stuff in college, how come it's still so difficult for me?

The original intention for making this template was that I saw someone say that WordPress (WP) templates are usually very rough. After careful consideration, it's true that most WP templates are indeed rough. So, I wanted to make a more delicate one. But after all the effort, I still didn't manage to finish it. Frustrating!!!
