While waiting for Google's update, many SEOers suggest that everyone should avoid making large-scale renovations to their websites or changes in structure during this period.
My understanding of this is: the search engine has already recorded the changes to your pages from the last update to before this update. Through filtering during the "dance" phase, it basically determines which pages should be included in the index library and which ones should be removed from the previous library. Therefore, there’s no need to make adjustments specifically for search engines during the update period; otherwise, it might lead to being penalized.
Remember: don't make random changes during the update period.
