A small tool that turns long URLs into short URLs

A small tool that can turn long URLs into short URLs; this tool can randomly generate a two-character suffix, or create a user-defined keyword, forming a URL similar to xsURL.cn?something. Another convenient feature for users is that it can be dragged to the toolbar, so when browsing other long URLs in the future, you can simply click on the icon on the toolbar to generate a short URL. There aren't many domestic URL shortening tools, so this one is still quite practical. I'd give it 4 points!
