Xi'an News Network - Xi'an Evening Post (reporter Tao Wang, intern Yuxuan Zhe) reports that after being criticized by his superior, a young man actually called two other colleagues to rob others in retaliation. Yesterday, the Yanta police dismantled this gang which had committed six consecutive robberies. The three suspects were criminally detained. Cheng is an employee of an electrical company in Minqizhai Village, Yanta District. On November 20, Cheng was criticized by his superior due to work issues. After work that day, Cheng, feeling dejected, talked with his colleagues Sun and Zhou. During their conversation, the three decided to go out and find a young male on the road to beat up as a way to vent their frustration. At around 10 p.m., the three saw a young male walking alone on a secluded path south of Minqizhai Village and rushed towards him without saying a word, beating him up violently. When they left, not finding any money on the young man, they took a pack of cigarettes from him. After successfully committing their first crime, Cheng and the other two believed that "robbery is exciting, especially targeting young males which is more challenging, and it's also a convenient way to make money." Afterwards, whenever they were criticized by their superior or had unpleasant encounters with other colleagues, they would go out and commit robberies. They would always choose to act at night, targeting solitary young males, stopping them under the pretense of asking for directions before assaulting and robbing them. In just over 20 days, Cheng and the other two committed six violent robberies in Minqizhai Village of Yanta District and Xiaoli Village of Weiyang District. During these robberies, the least they stole was a pack of cigarettes, and the most was a bicycle. Share to: Comments are welcome. I want to comment. Weibo recommendation | Today's Weibo hot topics
