Jujube is not only a delicacy, but also a good tonic. It has the effects of strengthening muscles and bones, replenishing qi and nourishing blood, and moisturizing the complexion.
Using jujubes to make tea is cost-effective and highly recommended by health experts. Regular consumption can strengthen liver function and replenish qi while nourishing blood. The effect is even better if paired with suitable Chinese herbs.
