Other neighbors borrowed hoses and connected them to a water source from a nearby office to fight the fire. The old man returning home from the market heard the news and quickly returned home. Despite the neighbors' dissuasion, he rushed into the house to save the old woman inside. However, due to the large fire, both were surrounded by flames. After the firefighters arrived, they managed to rescue the old man who was trying to save his wife. He was already unconscious, with burns on his head and hands, and was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment accompanied by two neighbors. Unfortunately, the old woman passed away in the fire.
