Digoxin and carvedilol in the treatment of intractable heart failure. Tonal uterine bleeding Yu Hongxia dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) is a common gynecological disease, divided into anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding two categories, which can cause vaginal bleeding secondary to blood loss anemia, seriously affecting women's physical and mental health. In nearly 2 years, I have used medroxyprogesterone acetate and Marvelon for the treatment of 31 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients with vaginal bleeding and anemia, and the curative effect was satisfactory. The results are summarized as follows: 1 Data and Methods 1.1 General Information: From July 2006 to July 2008, there were 30 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments with vaginal bleeding and anemia, aged between 12 to 55 years old, with an average age of 37.8 years; among them, there were 2 cases of pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (2/30), 7 cases of growth period dysfunctional uterine bleeding (7/30), and 21 cases of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding (21/30). All patients were diagnosed according to the standard of Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching (Sixth Edition) from the colleges of Medicine... Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, vaginal bleeding, and anemia patients were included in the analysis summary.

1.2 Treatment methods: Medroxyprogesterone acetate at 30mg and Mummy Fulong 1 tablet, once daily. Blood, every 3 days by reducing Medroxyprogesterone acetate by 1/3, while keeping Mummy Fulong 1 tablet daily unchanged, then gradually declining to maintain a daily dose of Medroxyprogesterone 12mg and Mummy Fulong 1, maintaining no blood for 21 days before discontinuation, supplemented with symptomatic and supportive therapy, such as actively correcting anemia and prophylactic anti-infection. After stopping menstruation, if menstrual cramps occur, start medication on the second to third day of menstrual cramps, maintaining a daily dose of Medroxyprogesterone acetate at 12mg and Mummy Fulong 1. If the amount during menstruation is normal, start medication on the fifth day, also adopting the maintenance dose method, using 21 days as one cycle, but for three cycles as one course. Observe for 3 months after stopping the drug.

For patients over 35 years old or those with risk factors, endometrial curettage is needed to clarify the endometrial pathology diagnosis, and also remove IUDs.

2 Results

3 Discussion

Medroxyprogesterone acetate is a progestogen drug, commonly used agents for each 2mg, this product has an effect 50 times stronger than progesterone, and is 100-300 times that of norethisterone. Mummy Fulong is the third generation oral contraceptive, each containing desogestrel ethinylestradiol 150μg, 30g. Desogestrel progestin is highly efficient, and the affinity of the endometrial progesterone receptor is higher than progesterone and norethisterone. Ethinylestradiol is an estrogen, low-dose estrogen can effectively reduce the risk of venous thrombosis, and won't affect lipid metabolism. Mummy is now considered to be a safe, efficient oral contraceptive with fewer adverse reactions, and is widely used in clinical treatment.
