2009 Year-End Summary of Workers
In 2009, under the leadership of the branch and the section chief on the surface, after the common struggle of my colleagues and through positive efforts, we accomplished a great deal of work and achieved certain results. I am grateful for the trust and care from the leadership and colleagues last year, which led to my assignment to the remanufacturing plant for the first training period. During this time, I strived to learn by watching videos, listening to the leaders' speeches, and improved my ideology to some extent. The engine remanufacturing construction project is an excellent opportunity for our factory's development, improving workers' income and increasing employee benefits. It is an important project that must be built well.
Although I am older, for the benefit of future generations, I want to learn about remanufactured engines to lay the foundation for future production. During the remanufacturing construction period, I participated in steam pipe construction, soldering Longmen shelves, hitting the wall of the steam pipe support package insulation layer, and so on. I also took part in unloading, unpacking, installation, adjustment, levels, and sizes of equipment (XXX sets). Additionally, I participated in non-standard and tooling manufacturing, producing production size tooling (XXX sets), achieving certain results through these efforts.
Subject to leadership arrangements, I proactively took the lead, worked hard, and completed tasks well. In solidarity with comrades and workers, we united and cooperated to complete all tasks. At the beginning of the transit car manufacturing process, I played a key role, carefully analyzing drawings to determine production methods. For example, regarding the car handle production issue, I planned to buy steel elbows for welding. After discussing with Zhang Mingji, we produced a simple elbow device. The car handle was completed according to the drawings, looking very beautiful. In car production, we made several small toolings to process car parts, such as U-shaped car traction boards. We bent hooks out of rough round steel for hanging crankshafts into semi-circles with diameters of 100 and 120. If acetylene or oxygen were used for bending, it would be tiring and time-consuming. We made a small tooling and within half a day, bent a semicircle. Throughout the entire production process, calculating the size of car ministries resulted in very few errors, successfully completing the task. On hot days, I worked alongside workers to paint cars, proving competent in various works throughout the unloading facilities and equipment process, installation, and adjustment. I worked independently during the second half of the non-standard manufacturing process, timely completing the leadership-issued tasks like making flip frames, X-Desk crane mounted paint rooms, X-Taiwan, manufacturing crane columns and girders for furnaces, installing cable cars for nitriding furnaces. In this process, we did not previously produce over the crane girders, but after welding met the technical requirements. Flame correction was issued, reaching a technology more than the required size, completing the production tasks of the crane girders. During the repair of old items, we welded steam pipes using previously disused heating pipes, making a big shelf of the steam pipe to cross the road. In the production of thermal crane columns, we also used previously disused heating pipes, saving a large amount of costs.
I subject myself to the leadership distribution and actively think of ways to accomplish various tasks, such as welding security windows, anti-theft cages, condensers, transformers, electric shock fences. I comply with rules and regulations, seriously working to improve my literacy continuously. Dedication to professional and moral qualities ensures each work proceeds smoothly and ultimately succeeds. Over the past year, I abided by the factory's rules and regulations, conscientiously doing a good job in professional work, never being late or leaving early. Last year, I actively and enthusiastically accomplished each task, conscientiously fulfilling its due duties, living normally with peers, and constantly enhancing team spirit. I want to say that in 2009, remanufacturing infrastructure allowed me to play a role. I think doing more work better reflects the value of your life. Through continuous learning, with the ever-changing development of the era, a variety of subject knowledge evolves. I will persevere in efforts to learn all kinds of knowledge and use it to guide practice, contributing strength to the development of remanufacturing.
I suggest that manufacturing is in transition, a very critical period. This period will determine the success or failure of the transition from management to work quality. First, we must strengthen ideological change, increase management and management cadres to change the old concept, transitioning from pragmatic types to management. To improve the management system, clarify job functions and powers, establish an incentive mechanism, and improve assessment methods. A good system can change people's behavior, motivate staff, and strengthen management.
In last year’s work, I feel the leadership's trust, the trust of workers, Director Wrinkle's passion for work, Secretary Wang's stringent requirements for everything, Tan Hu's serious and responsible management work, Wang Nanyan's seriousness about the budget, Zhang Mingji's excellence in work, and so on. These are good encouragement, and I have learned a lot of things, resulting in many new problems but also learning a lot of new knowledge and experience, enhancing and further improving my own thinking, understanding, and ability to work. In daily work, I always ask myself from reality, adhere to high standards and strict requirements, and strive to achieve dual improvements in professional quality and ethical quality. In next year's work, I will continue to work hard, redress and remedy my own shortcomings and deficiencies, making greater contributions to the development of remanufacturing.
